Covid Protocols:
If you have travelled outside of the province we ask all customers to complete a self assessment, if you have any symptoms please stay home and self isolate for 14 days and get tested!
We ask all customers to either reserve ahead of time or make an appointment. This allows us to maintain physical distancing. If you arrive outside your scheduled time please maintain a minimum of 2M from other customers and employees.
Upon arrival please hand sanitize.
Our Protocols,
We sanitize all items that any other customers may have come in contact with and prepare them for your use. These items include but are not limited to, pens, the table, helmets and bikes. We sanitize bikes when they are returned to us before going back in to the bike shop as well as before you arrive. We are happy to sanitize the handlebars of the bike before you test drive and leave for your biking adventure.
We ask all customers to remain a minimum of 2 m away from all staff and other customers who are not a part of their travel group.
Closson Road Cycles is open by reservation year-round.
Monday to Friday – 11-5
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday by reservation

Canada Day – July 1th
&
Labour Day Weekend – August 3rd – 6th
Please note bikes are available outside regular business hours. Please let us know what your needs are to fulfill your ideal day.
Bikes need to be returned by 7 pm. Due to safety concerns, all bikes must be returned 30 mins before sunset.
